As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resource, Recruiting, Payroll, and Administrative Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing clients for services rendered.
Oversee payroll functions, including processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries.
Conduct recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
Handle administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Communicate with concierge clients in a clear and eloquent manner, addressing billing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in billing, payroll, human resources, and administrative roles.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
Competent in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for billing, payroll, and human resources.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Previous experience in healthcare or concierge services (a plus).
