- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Prepare garnishes, mix ingredients, and create unique cocktails - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred - Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials - Knowledge of food service procedures and basic math skills - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to operate a cash register - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using Aloha POS system or similar software is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Experience in banquet or event bartending is desirable - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests Note:
